• Check In: 3:00 – 6:00 PM Check Out:  11:00 AM   (Unless prior arrangements have been made.  Out of respect to our guests, we will not allow check ins after 7:00 PM)
• Two (2) night minimum stay during special EVENTS and Holidays.
• Cancellaton
  A 14-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund. We will collect full payment for cancellations that occur with-in 48 hours of expected arrival and for no-shows.
• Check with the proprietor if you are interested in bringing children for an additional fee (that includes room and breakfast).
• For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted inside the home.  There is a $250 minimum charge for special cleaning if this policy is abused.  Outside smoking only.
• For dietary restrictions: please let proprietors know of any special dietary needs in advance!
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
